I want to Host a Party, what do I need to do?

We will contact you with all the details.  Remember by hosting a party your friends will have fun gathering around and playing with the product. Plus it becomes a great social evening. By hosting a party you qualify for gift items and 10% of product.

I want to Host an Internet Party, what do I need to do?
Simply call Karen at 909-208-5596 or email karen@karensmichebag.com.  We will contact you with all the details. This is perfect if you live out of California or your just not able to have a party in your home.  By hosting an Internet Party you can also qualify for 10% of product.

Can I place an order without having any parties?
You can order any product or accessories at any time.  Just go through our product galleries to decide what you would like to order.  Click over to our order form, fill it out and than email it to us or fax it to us.  We keep it very simple for you.

I belong to a charity or organization, can you attend an event with your product?
We would love to attend an event to sell or show our product.  We also have opportunities for your organization to earn money like a fundraiser.  Call Karen for details at 909-208-5596 or email karen@karensmichebag.com.

How long does shipping take?
If you are placing an order from this web site depending where in the United States you are located, it usually takes 7-10 business days.  We ship all orders from California.  Orders are usually shipped 1-3 days once they have been placed excluding holidays or weekends. We ship with two carriers, US Post Office or United Parcel Service.  Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirming invoice sent to your email and once it is shipped ,  you will receive a confirming tracking number sent to your email.

How long does shipping take if I am ordering or hosting a party or event?
This will depend if you are local to the area or out of the area and also when the party or event closes.  This delivery time will be worked out at time of booking.

What is our cancellation policy?
Once your order has been processed and a confirming email sent there are no cancellations allowed.

I saw a shell that I liked but I see it is no longer available...why?
Miche Bag will release new shells for both the small bag and large bag. Due to new releases some shells will be retired and will not be available. So this doesn't happen we suggest that if you see a shell you really like, it is good to purchase it. We are unable to control what becomes retired.

What are the Miche Bag and Miche Bag shells made of?
The exterior of the small classic bag is made of a silk/polyester blend.  The shell material varies depending on the style….faux leather, faux crocodile skin, faux cheetah fur, regular nylon, textured nylon, canvas, or cotton.  All of our products are made from 100% man made materials and are completely animal friendly.

What are the dimensions of the Miche Bag?
The classic Miche Bag is 5.75”(wide)  x  11.75” (long)  x  6.5” (tall).   The Big Miche Bag is 5” (deep)  x  15” (long)  x 12” (tall)

I love my Miche Bag!  Will you be having more updates?
Miche will be rolling out new Miche Shells and designs often.  Once you are on our mailing list, we will be forwarding updates to you once we receive the new information and new pictures.

I have a problem with my bag – how can I replace it?
If you receive your bag and shells and have any problems, please email Karen at karen@karensmichebag,com or call me 909-208-5596.  I will help you out immediately

Return Policy, Exchanges, Refunds?
For any items ordered we can accept returns or exchanges within the first 30 days of placing your order as long as it is still in new condition.  They must be returned in the condition as shipped and free from damage so please hold onto receipts or packaging if you think you might want to do a return.  We will only accept a return with an authorization number so you must request the number via email.  We will send to you via email the RMA number and instructions for returning.  We do not cover any shipping cost so any costs incurred are at your own expense. This also applies to exchanges.   No products will be accepted without this procedure followed.  If we are unable to accept a return, exchange, or refund, you will be notified within 24 hours.

How do I change the handles on my Miche Bag?
To change the straps open the metal ring that attaches the straps to the bag.  To open the clasp, just push down on the top of the metal ring (you might have to push hard to unlatch it).  It should open allowing you to slide out the straps and attach the new ones

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes.  Karensmichebag does offer gift certificates.  We can email one to you or mail one out to you.  The receiver of the gift certificate can just enjoy going on line and ordering through our website or by calling us to place an order.  We will make it very simple and easy for them to order.

Can Miche Bag magnets cause damage to credit cards, cell phones, or other electronic equipment?
Our magnets are a specific permanent magnet called “earth magnets”  While this is a great for holding the shell in place, it carries the benefit of being harmless to electronic devices.
